PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 7501.1(c) of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, section 45(6) and (15)
Subject:
Necessary age for admission to an adult lockup.
Purpose:
To ensure that individuals under 17 years old are not admitted to an adult lockup.
