Submetering of Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/21/21, the PSC adopted an order approving Silo Ridge Condominiums II's (Silo Ridge) notice of intent to submeter electricity at 5021 Route 44, Amenia, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve Silo Ridge's notice of intent to submeter electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 21, 2021, adopted an order approving Silo Ridge Condominiums II's notice of intent to submeter electricity at 5021 Route 44, Amenia, New York, located in the service territory of New York State Electric and Gas Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
