Waiver of Energy Audit and Energy Efficiency Plan Requirements
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/11/20, the PSC adopted an order approving MHANY Cortelyou LLC's (MHANY) waiver of energy audit and energy efficiency plan requirements of 16 NYCRR section 96.5(k)(3).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Waiver of energy audit and energy efficiency plan requirements.
Purpose:
To approve MHANY's waiver of 16 NYCRR section 96.5(k)(3).
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 11, 2020, adopted an order approving MHANY Cortelyou LLC's waiver of energy audit and energy efficiency plan requirements of 16 NYCRR § 96.5(k)(3), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
No changes.
