PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

The Commission is considering whether to approve, reject or modify, in whole or in part the study and petition of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. regarding use, accounting and ratemaking treatment for 11-23 and 2-28 Hudson Ave., Brooklyn, NY.
