PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 9/4/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing the Village of Wellsville (Wellsville) to increase its annual revenues by $135,979 or 4.7% in PSC 1 — Electricity, to become effective.

Public Service Law, section 66(12)

Purpose:
To allow Wellsville to increase its annual revenues by $135,979 or 4.7% in PSC 1 — Electricity.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on September 4, 2014, adopted an order allowing the Village of Wellsville to increase its annual revenues by $135,979 or 4.7%, in PSC No. 1 — Electricity, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
