PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 16 — Gas, effective 9/1/12 to make revisions to its methodology for determining the applicable index prices for its cashout calculation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66

Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 16 — Gas, effective 9/1/12.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on August 16, 2012 adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 16 — Gas, effective September 1, 2012 to make revisions to its methodology for determining the applicable index prices for its cashout calculations to be established in the Gas Transportation and Operations Procedures (GTOP) Manual.
