PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 8/16/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Concord Village Owners, Inc. to submeter electricity at 225 and 235 Adams Street and 270 Jay Street, Brooklyn, New York located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
