PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/12, the PSC allowed Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s amendments to PSC No. 4—Gas, to become effective November 1, 2012 to effectuate the continuation of certain provisions beyond the three-year term of the Gas Rate Plan.

Public Service Law, section 66(12)

Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 4—Gas, eff. 11/1/12 to continue provisions beyond the 3 year term of the Gas Rate Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2012 allowed Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s amendments to PSC No. 4—Gas, to become effective November 1, 2012 to effectuate the continuation of certain provisions beyond the three-year term of the Gas Rate Plan approved in the Commission’s Order Adopting Joint Proposal and Implementing a Three-Year Rate Plan, issued October 16, 2009.
