PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/18/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request for rehearing of the Commission's November 17, 2011 Order.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 22, 64, 65(1), (2), 66(1), (12)(a) and (e)
Subject:
Approving rehearing of the Commission's November 17, 2011 Order.
Purpose:
To approve the rehearing of the Commission's November 17, 2011 Order.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 18, 2012 adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.'s request for rehearing of the Commission's November 17, 2011 Order regarding the calculation of contract demand exceedances, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
