Authorization to Transfer Certain Real Property
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to authorize the transfer of certain real property located in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster County, New York owned by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to JVS Ventures, LLC.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Authorization to transfer certain real property.
Purpose:
To decide whether to approve the transfer of certain real property.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation seeking approval to transfer 0.14 acres of real property located in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster County, New York to JVS Ventures, LLC. The Commission may resolve related matters and may take this action for other utilities.
