Allowing National Fuel's Filing for PSC 8 — Gas, to Make Electronic Deferred Payment Agreements Permanent
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/24/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing, to go into effect, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation's (National Fuel) filing for PSC 8 — Gas, to make electronic Deferred Payment Agreements on a permanent basis.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Allowing National Fuel's filing for PSC 8 — Gas, to make electronic Deferred Payment Agreements permanent.
Purpose:
To allow National Fuel's filing for PSC 8 — Gas, to make electronic Deferred Payment Agreements permanent.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 24, 2014, adopted an order allowing National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation’s filing contained in PSC No. 8 — Gas, to make electronic Deferred Payment Agreements, to become effective on a permanent basis, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
