Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law. Interested parties may inquire if they appear on the Abandoned Property Listing by contacting the Office of Unclaimed Funds, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at:

Notice of Annulment Of Dissolution of Certain Business Corporations
Under the Provisions of Section 203-a of the Tax Law, As Amended

Department of State State Energy Code – Provisions Applicable to Residential Buildings
The New York State Department of State will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 am on May 12, 2014 in Conference Room 505, One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, Albany, New York on the issue of whether it is appropriate to revise the provisions of the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the State Energy Code) applicable to residential buildings to cause such provisions to meet or exceed the provisions of the 2012 edition of the International Energy Conservation Code (the 2012 IECC). Evidence presented at this public meeting will be considered by the Department of State in making the determination required by 42 USC section 6833(5)(B).
The public is free to attend the meeting and to present evidence relating to this issue and to the determination to be made by the Department of State.

| In the Matter of Considering Adoption of Part 207 of Title One of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules, and Regulations of the State of New York, to be entitled “New York State Grape Research and Development Program” Pursuant to Article 25 of the Agriculture and Markets Law and 1 NYCRR, Part 200 | Decision and Order |
A petition was received from grape producers to consider the promulgation and issuance of a Grape Research and Development Program for grapes grown in New York State for the purpose of processing into juice or wine and to collect assessments from producers for the administration and enforcement thereof, pursuant to Article 25 of the Agriculture and Markets Law and Part 200 of Title One of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (“1 NYCRR”).
Pursuant to section 294 of the Agriculture and Markets Law, the Department of Agriculture and Markets conducted public hearings in Portland, New York on June 4 and 5, 2013; Geneva, New York on June 5, 2013; Riverhead, New York on June 26, 2013; and Highland, New York on June 26, 2013 before Dan McCarthy, a duly designated representative of the Commissioner. After due deliberation and consideration of the testimony and other information received concerning the proposed order and upon making findings pursuant to section 292 of the Agriculture and Markets Law, the proposed marketing order was submitted to eligible all New York State grape producers of grapes for processing into juice or wine.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard Ball, Acting Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets, do hereby find and decide as follows:
The referendum was conducted through February 28, 2014 upon due notice to New York State producers of grapes for processing into juice or wine of their entitlement to vote on whether the proposed New York State marketing order should be adopted and issued.
The proposed marketing order was approved by 260 (63.26%) and opposed by 151 (36.74%) of the producers participating in the referendum vote, in the area affected. The 260 producers voting in support of the proposed order represented 96,323.8 tons (62.06%) of the grapes for processing into juice or wine which was marketed in the next preceding marketing season by all producers that voted in the referendum. The 151 producers voting against the proposed order represented 58,889.3 tons (37.94%) of the grapes for processing into juice or wine which was marketed in the next preceding marketing season by all producers that voted in the referendum. Based thereon, the marketing order has not been approved by any of the standards for approval set forth in Agriculture and Markets Law section 294(2); i.e., it was not approved by at least 66 and 2/3 percent of the votes of the producers participating in the referendum vote, in the area affected; or by at least 65 percent of the votes of the producers participating in the referendum vote who marketed not less than 51 percent of the total quantity of grapes for processing into juice or wine that was marketed in the next preceding marketing season by all producers who voted in the referendum; or by at least 51 percent of the votes of the producers participating in the referendum vote who marketed not less than 65 percent of the total quantity of grapes for processing into juice or wine that was marketed in the next preceding marketing season by all producers who voted in the referendum.
In view of the foregoing findings and pursuant to section 294(2) of the Agriculture and Markets Law and Part 200 of 1 NYCRR, the proposed marketing order is not adopted.

Department of State Proclamation Revoking Limited Liability Partnerships
WHEREAS, Article 8-B of the Partnership Law, requires registered limited liability partnerships and New York registered foreign limited liability partnerships to furnish the Department of State with a statement every five years updating specified information, and
WHEREAS, the following registered limited liability partnerships and New York registered foreign limited liability partnerships have not furnished the department with the required statement, and
