PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Parts 250, 252 and 259; sections 261.8, 262.1, 265.1, 266.1, 267.1, 271-4.7(b), 271-5.3(h), (j), 271-5.4(g), 277.1, 279.1 and 280.1; renumbering of sections 261.9 and 261.10 to 261.10 and 261.11; and addition of new section 261.9 and Part 281 to Title 1 NYCRR.

Subject:
