Collaborative Report and Related Tariff Amendments
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 1/18/18, the PSC adopted an order approving recommendations of the Power Generation Collaborative Phase One Report (Collaborative Report) and tariff amendments proposed by The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
Subject:
Collaborative Report and related tariff amendments.
Purpose:
To approve recommendations of the Collaborative Report and KEDNY's proposed tariff amendments.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on January 18, 2018, adopted an order approving recommendations of the KEDNY and KEDLI Report Concerning Phase One of the Power Generation Collaborative (Collaborative Report), filed June 30, 2017, and tariff amendments proposed by The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) to P.S.C. No. 12 – Gas, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
