PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 75.2 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 207(not subdivided), 6504(not subdivided), 6507(2)(a) and 8206-a; L. 2017, ch. 202
Subject:
Limited license in speech-language pathology.
Purpose:
To subject applicants who have been issued a limited license, to the same experience requirements as applicants for a license.
