PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 1950.20 of Title 21 NYCRR.

Public Authorities Law, section 1230-j
Subject:
Adoption of Rates, Fees, and Charges.
Purpose:
To pay for increased costs necessary to operate, maintain, and manage the system, and to meet covenants with the bondholders.
