Transfer of Street Lighting Facilities
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/19/20, the PSC adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's (RG&E) petition for authority to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Village of Sodus Point (Sodus Point) to Sodus Point.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 65, 66 and 70
Subject:
Transfer of street lighting facilities.
Purpose:
To approve RG&E's petition to transfer street lighting facilities to the Village of Sodus Point.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 19, 2020, adopted an order approving Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation's petition for authority to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Village of Sodus Point to the Village of Sodus Point, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
