Transfer of Street Lighting Facilities
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/19/20, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) petition for authority to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Town of Eden (Eden) to Eden.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65, 66 and 70(1)
Subject:
Transfer of street lighting facilities.
Purpose:
To approve National Grid's petition to transfer street lighting facilities to the Town of Eden.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 19, 2020, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's petition for authority to transfer street lighting facilities located within the Town of Eden to the Town of Eden, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
