PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 40 of Title 6 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Environmental Conservation Law, sections 11-0303, 13-0105, 13-0339 and 13-0340-e
Subject:
Regulations governing commercial fishing and harvest of scup.
Purpose:
To revise regulations concerning the commercial fishing and harvest of scup in New York State waters.
