PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 301.6 of Title 3 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Banking Law, sections 10, 14, 75-g, 75-n, art. II-AA; Financial Services Law, sections 102, 201, 202, 301 and 302
Subject:
Security at Automated Teller Facilities.
Purpose:
To ensure the removal of obsolete language from the reporting requirements under Part 301 of 3 NYCRR.
