PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 4621.1; repeal of section 4600.1(t) of Title 9 NYCRR.

General Municipal Law, section 188-a(1); Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law, section 104(19)
