Tariff Amendments
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/22, the PSC adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's (Central Hudson) tariff amendments to P.S.C. No. 15—Electricity, modifying mechanics of Revenue Decoupling Mechanisms (RDM), to become effective July 20, 2022.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Tariff amendments.
Purpose:
To approve Central Hudson's tariff amendments.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2022, adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's (Central Hudson) tariff amendments to P.S.C. No. 15 – Electricity, modifying mechanics of Revenue Decoupling Mechanisms (RDM), to become effective July 20, 2022. Central Hudson is directed to individually notify affected customers of the Commission’s decision in this proceeding and to file a copy of the notification with the Secretary to the Commission, not later than August 1, 2022, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
