PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of Parts 141, 142, 143 and 146 of Title 12 NYCRR.

Labor Law, sections 21(11), 652(2) and (6)

Minimum Wage.
Purpose:
To comply with chapter 57 of the Laws of 2013 that increased the minimum wage.
