PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/9/17, the PSC adopted an order approving the National Grid companies' Audit Implementation Plan filed on May 20, 2016.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(19)
Subject:
Audit Implementation Plan.
Purpose:
To approve the National Grid companies' Audit Implementation Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 9, 2017, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s Audit Implementation Plan filed on May 20, 2016, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
