Adopting Emergency Rule As a Permanent Rule
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/10/14, the PSC adopted an order approving on a permanent basis, an emergency rule that approved Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation's tariff amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66
Subject:
Adopting emergency rule as a permanent rule.
Purpose:
To adopt emergency rule as a permanent rule.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 10, 2014, adopted as a permanent rule, an emergency rule that approved Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation’s tariff amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, to effectuate changes in conformance with the establishment of the New York Independent System Operator new lower Hudson Valley capacity zone, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
