Adopting Emergency Rule As a Permanent Rule
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/11/14, the PSC adopted an order approving as a permanent rule, an emergency rule that approved an Order Granting Requests for Rehearing and Issuing a Stay issued April 25, 2014.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b) and 66(1)
Subject:
Adopting emergency rule as a permanent rule.
Purpose:
To adopt emergency rule as a permanent rule.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 11, 2014, adopted as a permanent rule, an emergency rule that approved an Order Granting Requests for Rehearing and Issuing a Stay issued on April 25, 2014, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
