PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Parts 594 and 595 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09 and 31.04
Subject:
Carbon monoxide detector use in residential programs.
Purpose:
To conform to non-discretionary statutory requirements regarding the use of carbon monoxide detectors in OMH-licensed housing.
