PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of Part 578 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 7.09 and 43.02
Subject:
Medical Assistance Rates of Payment for Residential Treatment Facilities for Children and Youth.
Purpose:
Amend reimbursement methodology for eligible pharmaceutical costs for RTFs and freeze rates of payments effective 7/1/11.
