ESSA Financial Transparency Reporting Requirements
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of section 170.14 to Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101, 207, 305, 3614; Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015; 20 U.S.C. section 6301 et. seq. (Public Law 114-95, 129 STAT. 1802)

ESSA Financial Transparency Reporting Requirements.
Purpose:
To implement financial transparency reporting requirements of ESSA.
