PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of Subpart 30-2; renumbering of Subpart 30-3; addition of new Subpart 30-3 of Title 8 NYCRR.
