PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 671.7 and 686.17 of Title 14 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Mental Hygiene Law, sections 13.09(b), 41.25, 41.36(c) and 43.02
Subject:
Updates to SSI Offset and SNAP Benefit Offset.
Purpose:
To adjust reimbursement to affected providers for rent and food costs.
