PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Addition of section 86-1.47 to Title 10 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Public Health Law, section 2807-k(5-d)
Subject:
Hospital Indigent Care Pool Payment Methodology.
Purpose:
To establish the methodology for indigent care pool payments to general hospitals for the 3 year period 1/1/13 through 12/31/15.
