PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Residential Mental Health Treatment Units.
Purpose:
To define models of residential mental health treatment units operated by the Department and the Office of Mental Health.
