Approving the Use of the Sensus AccuWAVE for Use in Residential Gas Meter Applications
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/24/14, the PSC adopted an order approving a petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, allowing the use of the Sensus accuWAVE R275TC diaphragm residential meter.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 67(1)
Subject:
Approving the use of the Sensus accuWAVE for use in residential gas meter applications.
Purpose:
To approve the use of the Sensus accuWAVE for use in residential gas meter applications.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 24, 2014, adopted an order approving a petition of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, approving the use of the Sensus accuWAVE R275TC diaphragm residential meter for residential customer billing applications in New York State, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
