Notice of Intent to Submeter Electricity
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Notice of Intent to Submeter electricity filed by Bedford-Stuyvesant South One LLC for the premises located at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Notice of Intent to Submeter electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Bedford-Stuyvesant South One LLC to submeter electricity at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Notice of Intent to Submeter electricity, filed by Bedford-Stuyvesant South One LLC, for the premises located at 27 Albany Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company, Inc., and to take other actions necessary to address the petition.
