PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/23/14, the PSC adopted an order allowing Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems' (Bath) filing to increase its annual electric revenues by $300,000 or about 7.0% contained in PSC No. 1—Electricity, to become effective.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Allowing Bath to increase total annual electric revenues by $300,000 or 7.0%.
Purpose:
To allow Bath to increase total annual electric revenues by $300,000 or 7.0%.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 23, 2014, adopted an order allowing Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems to increase its annual electric revenues by $300,000 or 7.0% contained in PSC No. 1–Electricity, to become effective, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
