Approving the Recommendations of the Report Filed by KEDNY and KEDLI
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/23/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the recommendations from the Retail Access Program Collaborative Report (Report) filed by the Brooklyn Union Gas Company (KEDNY) and KeySpan Gas East Corporation (KEDLI).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66
Subject:
Approving the recommendations of the Report filed by KEDNY and KEDLI.
Purpose:
To approve the recommendations of the Report filed by KEDNY and KEDLI.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 23, 2014, adopted an order approving the recommendations in the Retail Access Program Collaborative Report filed by the Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid LI, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
