PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 10/23/14, the PSC adopted an order approving the terms of a joint proposal to allocate approximately $2.71 million of property tax refunds received by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson).
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 113(2)
Subject:
Allowing Central Hudson to allocate $2.71 million total property tax refunds.
Purpose:
To allow Central Hudson to allocate $2.71 million total property tax refunds.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on October 23, 2014, adopted an order approving the terms of a joint proposal to allocate approximately $2.71 million in property tax refunds, received by Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation (the Company), between ratepayers and the Company, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
