PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 1103.3(e)(4) and (5); and addition of section 1103.12 to Title 19 NYCRR.

To establish the required course curriculum for the Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser Course.
