Whether to Approve the Quadlogic S10N Residential Submeter
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation for approval of the S10N Smart Meter for use in indoor residential electric submeter applications.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 67(1), (4) and 30-53
Subject:
Whether to approve the Quadlogic S10N residential submeter.
Purpose:
Approval of the Quadlogic S10N Smart Meter for use in residential electric submetering is required by 16 NYCRR Parts 93 and 96.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Quadlogic Controls Corporation of the S10N Smart Meter for use in residential submetering applications. The Commission may also consider other, related, matters.
