PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 18 Gramercy Park Condominium to submeter electricity at 18 Gramercy Park, New York, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of 18 Gramercy Park Condominium to submeter electricity at 18 Gramercy Park, New York, New York.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 18 Gramercy Park Condominium to submeter electricity at 18 Gramercy Park, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company, Inc.
