Establishment of Tuition Rates
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 200.18 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 207, 4003, 4401, 4403, 4405, 4408 and 4410
Subject:
Establishment of tuition rates.
Purpose:
To clarify that the Education Department maintains discretion in establishing tuition rates based on a financial audit.
