Authorization to Transfer Certain Real Property
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to authorize the transfer of street lighting facilities located in the Town of Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York owned by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation to the Town of Plattsburgh.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Authorization to transfer certain real property.
Purpose:
To decide whether to approve the transfer of certain real property.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a petition filed by New York State Electric and Gas Corporation seeking approval to transfer to the Town of Plattsburgh, Clinton County, New York, the system of street lighting poles, luminaires, lamps, mast arms, electrical connections and wiring, which are installed throughout the Town of Plattsburgh. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed, and may resolve related matters.
