PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

On 4/23/20, the PSC adopted an order approving the Village of Rockville Centre's (Village of Rockville) tariff revisions to P.S.C. No. 3—Electricity, effective May 1, 2020.

Tariff revisions.

To approve Village of Rockville's tariff revisions.

The Commission, on April 23, 2020, adopted an order approving the Village of Rockville Centre's (Village of Rockville) tariff revisions to P.S.C. No. 3 – Electricity, updating the Village of Rockville’s wireline pole attachment rate and establishing a wireless pole attachment rate, consistent with the Commission’s Order issued November 18, 2019 in this proceeding. The tariff revision shall become effective on May 1, 2020 and the Village of Rockville is directed to file a cancellation supplement, effective on not less than one day’s notice, on or before April 29, 2020, canceling first revised Leaf No. 17, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
