Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering filings made by various local gas distribution companies (LDCs) and municipalities regarding their Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66(12)
Subject:
Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries.
Purpose:
To consider filings of LDCs and municipalities regarding their Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering filings made by various local gas distribution companies and municipalities regarding their Annual Reconciliation of Gas Expenses and Gas Cost Recoveries. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
