PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 46.11 of Title 15 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Vehicle and Traffic Law, sections 215(a) and 375(20)(b)(2)
Subject:
Signage of school buses equipped with wheelchairs.
Purpose:
To conform signage on school buses related to persons with disabilities with the signage mandated by the Secretary of State.
