PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To delete positions from and classify positions in the non-competitive class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Department of Family Assistance under the subheading “Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance,” by deleting therefrom the positions of Community Interpretation Program Specialist 1 (1), Community Interpretation Program Specialist 2 (5) and Community Interpretation Specialist (1) and by adding thereto the positions of Cultural Interpretation Specialist 1 (1), Cultural Interpretation Specialist 2 (5) and Cultural Interpretation Specialist 3 (1).
