PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of sections 145-2.1, 145-2.2 and 145-2.4 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Education Law, sections 207 and 661
Subject:
Tuition Assistance Program.
Purpose:
Revise and clarify the criteria for determining student eligibility to participate in the tuition assistance program.
