PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify positions in the exempt class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amends Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the exempt class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “State Board of Elections,” by increasing the number of positions of Administrative Assistant from 7 to 11, Assistant Manager Information Services from 1 to 4, Deputy Counsel from 2 to 6, Manager Information Services from 2 to 3 and by adding thereto the positions of Training Associate (4).
