Proposed Action:
Amendment of Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
Subject:
Jurisdictional Classification.
Purpose:
To classify positions in the exempt class.
Text of proposed rule:
Amend Appendix 1 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing position in the exempt class, in the Department of Law, by increasing the number of positions of Assistant Attorney General from 691 to 693 and Investigator 1 from 202 to 204.
